Wonder Pics Pre-Pay Services

While Wonder Pics can only accept payments of CASH or CHECK on your Picture Portrait Day, most of our clients prefer to use our secure Online CREDIT CARD Pre-Pay Service for their picture orders.  Using our Pre-Pay Service eliminates the last minute Picture Day hassles of completing order forms, counting out exact change, cash being lost, or order forms being misplaced or left at home.  This service is offered at no additional charge, and available up until 9pm the day BEFORE your organization’s scheduled Picture Portrait Day.

Here’s how Wonder Pics’ Credit Card Pre-Pay Service works:

1. Wonder Pics sets up a secure online Pre-Pay site for your organization. A link to this site is then provided to your photo coordinator so it can be posted on your organization’s website and/or Facebook Page, as well as sent out via emails.

2. Prior to your scheduled Picture Day, each participant will receive a Wonder Pics order form featuring our photo package options and the a la carte/specialty items available for purchase.

3. Participants and their families can then access the link on their organization’s web site, place their order and pay for the items using a credit or debit card. The site will be active and available for orders until 9:00pm the day BEFORE your scheduled Picture Day.

4. Once the transaction is complete, participants will print out two receipts - one for personal files, and one to give to the photographer on their scheduled Picture Day.

5. Online Pre-Pay and Picture Day orders will be delivered and distributed to the participants per your organization’s request.
